I am a freelance writer, journalist and cartoonist. I have written for a wide range of publications and am currently writing a series of crime novels.

My interests range widely, but I like to specialise in crime fiction and classic pop music.

I am currently the Writers' and Artists' Yearbook's official blogger after winning their competition for a blog following my attempt to write a crime novel in 52 weeks.

Last year I published a book of cartoons and have written pieces for magazines and radio, appearing on BBC radio in 2008.
